Support Circle For Life

Today I’m reflecting on my “Support Circle For Life”. The special humans that rise me up!

For without them I wonder 🤔, where would I be right now? At the moments in my life when I’ve been at my lowest with my mental health it is them who help me to rise up. Mum, Sister, Brother, Partner, Kids, Aunts, Uncles, Inlaws, Cousins, and Friends.

Love, support, trust, sacrifice, honesty, acceptance, protection, security, compromise, gratitude, respect and loyalty are what make these people my family, my support circle for life.

You all need thanking!

Most of you have supported me and known me my whole life/your whole lives (for the ones who are younger then me), some of you not as long but I still have the same amount of thanks for each of you.

I have been open about my mental health for a long time now and so have an abundance of help always and you need to know that you can speak out too, your life support can help you and if you feel you have absolutely no one than my friend you have ME.

Our guardian angels need thanking! Remind them how much they are appreciated, how grateful you are for them.

Your circle want to see you WIN.

Love Mumma

  1. The hardest thing we can do is be honest with ourselves and own up to our feelings, especially negative ones. Mumma you have done both of them just beautifully. Your support crew are there for you because they love you, can see and know your potential even when you don’t and without a doubt know that you would be there for them if and when needed. Keep being honest with yourself and stay positive and strong. Yes at times we slip back but that is ok. We are not meant to be 100% on top of things all the time. We keep learning life skills no matter our age. Smile whenever you get the chance, be grateful for the people that surround you and never be afraid to be the person you are.
