Listening to calming sounds has been a major helper when it comes to my anxiety in particular. It plays on my phone quietly (so it doesn’t keep my partner awake) all night while I sleep, I play it whenever I’m spending time on myself doing my morning and evening skin care routine, while I’m doing house work I don’t really want to do, if a conversation has made me feel anxious, honestly actually I listen to this app alot. My favourite sound in this app is Harmony! Try listening yourself and see how it makes you feel! You might be surprised. I was recommended using this method to help me when I was having anxiety attacks.
